Masteron (drostanolone propionate) is a moderately anabolic steroid that promotes increases in hardness, lean body mass and strength which has a positive effect on the potential for fat loss. The "perfect" hypertrophy training schedule is based on your goal as well as the time you see it taking to get to the goals. For example, if you're doing a hypertrophy circuit at 1/2 bodyweight, then that may take you 4 weeks to reach. To use this schedule in the future, you may want to adjust the number of circuits or weight changes depending on your progress and goal. For example, if you think your goal is to lose 5 pounds as a total body fat percentage reduction, then you may want to increase the number of circuits or use less weight to avoid overtraining. How Long Do You Practice Harder For? There are many forms of exercise that require higher intensities and/or greater volume of reps. A lot of this depends on the goals you have. If your goal is to lose fat, you should go harder and faster. If you want to build muscle mass, you need to push harder and faster. If you want to maintain muscle mass, you need to use less weight so you don't risk overtraining. If you're looking to increase muscle mass, you can push hard and fast, but if you need greater endurance, you may want to increase a certain amount of reps or volume. What If You Don't Want to Work Out Hard? If you're not interested in working out hard, you can use this cycle to make your own schedule. You can do anything you want to your body every single day of the week. You do not have to workout every day.
